Justin is the managing partner and general manager of Carroway Pre-Owned of Minden. He has been in the automotive business for more than 17 years and has experience in all areas of dealing with cars, from buying and selling to financing and funding. He has a vast knowledge of banks and know how to put together a great deal. He enjoys buying unique cars that are "outside the box". He lives in the area and is committed to providing an excellent car buying experience for customers in the local community and beyond. After work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren and 2 kids. Justin also raises cattle as a hobby.

Lauren is in customer relations and business at Carroway Pre-Owned of Minden. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UALR in Speech Communications. Lauren has been in the auto lending field for over 11 years.  Besides working at the dealership, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and kids and also being involved at her boutique in downtown Minden:  Dirt Road Divas.

Laura is one of our AWESOME Sales Reps and a Jack of all Trades at Carroway. Laura also has her own business:  Backwoods Lawn Care, plus she is a volunteer firefighter for Claiborne Parish Fire District 5.  Previously, Laura drove a tow truck for McKenzie Brothers Towing. During her time away from work, she enjoys hanging out with friends and participating in outdoor activities like hunting and fishing.

Tyrone is a sales consultant at Carroway Pre-Owned of Minden.  He has been in the automotive business for a year and was previously in retail management.  Tyrone loves meeting new people and exceeding their expectations as customers!  He resides in Sibley, LA and loves spending time with family, riding horses & motorcycles!
